If your item is defective due to manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will gladly replace your item and must be notified within 3 days of your delivery date. 

Please Note: All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee on the total amount of items you would like to exchange. You will be responsible for the return postage both ways, should you decide to exchange your item. We will cover the postage for manufacturing mistakes only.

Custom items may take up to 7-14 business days (depending on the garment) to be processed. Please keep this in mind before placing your order. Processing time is different from Shipping time.

ALL Custom Blankets are FINAL SALE items and cannot be cancelled or altered once produced. Please check and send your correct spelling for customizations before purchasing.

We are not responsible for inaccurate information included in your order.

Colors – Please note that the colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual color of your purchased item. This is a normal occurrence and does not constitute as a manufacturing error.

*Jewelry Our Jewelry is handmade, some pieces are made exactly the same and some versions maybe different. You will receive the most updated version on that product. Some products may have slight variations to the product shown.

*Jewelry Exchange – Due to hygienic reasons all jewelry sales are final. Exchange available if product is damaged on arrival.  We must be notified  of the defect in 3 days and the Item must be returned within 7 business days of delivery date. Tracking number and description of defect must be sent to [email protected]. Once product has been shipped back to us a replacement will be sent out.

For the best experience please note that all orders have a Processing Time and a Shipping Time. To calculate your arrival of your order please add the processing time plus estimated shipping time.

Processing Times

  • On our Standard items  our processing time is between to 3-10 business days before your items ships.
  • For Clothing Made to Order items please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

Shipping Carriers

  • Our current shipping carrier is USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • NOTE: Shipping to a UPS or Fedex location may result in your item being returned because as of this writing, USPS does not ship to these locations. 

Shipping Times

  • We currently ship items via USPS First Class (for items lighter than 16oz) and USPS Priority Mail for items that weigh more than 16oz.
  • USPS First Class:2 – 5 Business Day Delivery
  • USPS Priority Mail:1 – 3 Business Day Delivery

For domestic shipping please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please contact [email protected] with your Order #.

Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made.
