You know sometimes when you don’t know, what you don’t know, you really don’t know.  Had anyone told me the life journey I would have with a Crohn’s Diagnosis, I  may have given up.

Thank God for ignorance.

For those of you, who don’t know what Crohn’s Disease is let me give you a brief definition.

Crohnsandcolitis.com  defines Crohn’s disease as a chronic inflammatory bowel disease characterized by inflammation immune response to tissue injury that causes  redness, swelling and pain of the digestive, or GI tract. It can affect your mouth,  esophagus, stomach, small and large intestines and anus.

I am so very grateful for my experiences. It has taught me that living one day at a time is enough, and to appreciate the time that I have with my loved ones.

I will be writing here  weekly to provide hope to myself & all of  my Crohn’s Survivors/Caretakers/Family Members and Friends.

Join me whether you are newly diagnosed or have had a lifetime with Crohns. Let’s Interrupt Crohn’s together.

See you next time. Sending love and light.
