Reading is such a wonderful activity to me. Not only is it calming, but it provides an opportunity to learn something new. Reading is fundamental.
One of my goals this year is to learn something new every day. In my quest for knowledge, I came upon a holistic practice to alleviate one of the nasty symptoms of Crohn’s Disease (vomiting). As many of you may know, one of the major issues with Crohn’s is not being able to keep your food or anything down for that matter. When Crohn’s symptoms decide to make an unwelcome appearance, this can be a harrowing experience, especially when you are out in public. I have spent a life time through trial and error trying to manage this miserable experience so that I can continue to interrupt Crohn’s.
I have been practicing Reflexology and wanted to share what I found. Reflexology can be relaxing and promotes harmony, balance and increases circulation in your body. Massaging your hands can be done anywhere. This has really helped me a great deal and I would love to hear your thoughts about this?
Does anyone have any special tips that are working for them to keep their Crohn’s from flaring?
